We are recruiting for one of our client, operating in digital transformation solutions, an Operations Manager - IT and Hardware Maintenance (M/F) based in Angola.
Your missions
Reporting to General Management, you will be responsible for :
- Define and structure project management processes, SLA monitoring and project profitability assessment.
- Supervise and optimize IT and hardware maintenance operations.
- Implement and improve Helpdesk, Business Intelligence and Workflow tools to ensure efficient service management.
- Guarantee compliance with SLA commitments and ensure continuous improvement of operational performance.
- Analyze and manage project profitability, optimizing costs and resources.
- Manage and lead technical and operational teams, ensuring continuous skills development.
- Maintain a technology watch and propose innovative improvements in response to market trends.
Your profile
- Minimum 10 years in operations management in an IT and hardware environment.
- A good understanding of the challenges in Angola is a major asset.
- Proficiency in Helpdesk, Business Intelligence and Workflow tools.
- Ability to structure, monitor and optimize operational processes.
- Strong ability to analyze and manage project profitability.
- Excellent team management and inter-departmental coordination skills.
