DIVERSTY AND ENGAGEMENT
Fed Africa’s candidates are evaluated according to their skills and their profile’s relevance for a designated position. As HR professionals, we guarantee to both our candidates and clients the respect of the anti-discrimination regulations for our external and internal recruitment process. None of our consultants joins Fed Africa without agreeing with Groupe Fed’s Engagement Charter.
Those guidelines take elements of The French Diversity Charter, which Fed signed back in 2009.
Furthermore, during the whole integration process, Fed Africa consultants take part in a specific awareness module hosted by an external professional: presentation of the ongoing regulations, training in job offers’ and reports writing compliant with the diversity engagements, training in dealing with potential discriminative requests.
