We are looking for a Compliance Investigations Manager (M/F) for a major telecoms company.

Your missions

As Compliance & Investigations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Conduct high quality, professional, fair and thorough internal investigations, including identifying root causes and recommending remedial action;
Conduct and coordinate proactive intelligence-led investigations and risk exposure assessments;
Conduct investigative interviews, data analysis and other relevant methodologies.
Advise relevant teams on risks arising from investigations;
Create and interpret compliance risk assessments, trend analyses and best practice recommendations;
Ensure information and intelligence sharing to facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners;
Identify potential gaps in systems and controls, and

Your profile

Degree in law, accounting, compliance or ethics investigation,
At least five years' experience in the active conduct of investigations within a service company
In-depth knowledge of ethical investigations, including malpractice, investigation techniques, standards, methodologies, approaches and practices.
Experience within an international company in conducting investigations in different countries.
Advanced oral and written English and French language skills
A good understanding of business operations, finance, project management/control systems and IT processes
the ability to adapt, develop, modify and execute appropriate techniques, processes, tools and procedures to meet the requirements/needs of the scope of the survey and the requirements of the business
The ability to communicate and engage independently with a wide range of people within the business to gain information and act with empathy, but in an objective and professional manner,
A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with excellent attention to detail, and be a person of integrity who is trusted by others.
